We ask for a prepayment (20% of the entire price) through a band transfer.
The apartments are available:from 4 p.m. on the arrival day and has to be left at 10 a.m on the departure day
Reservations made after sending a deposit equal to 50% of the total amount of the stay by bank transfer or in cash if on site are considered confidential.
Villa Avesani is friend of animals, we allow dogs and cats of any size, upon request.
You can cancel for free up to 30 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 30 days before arrival you will be charged 50% of the total cost.
